Refund Policy
Subscriptions to SaveMyData are on an ongoing monthly basis. You may cancel a subscription made on this web site within 7 days from the initial receipt of the service and receive a full refund.
Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days from the initial receipt of service will be terminated at the end of the payment period and no refund given. Your account will be kept active for the following month for data restores and in case you should wish to resume the service.
Cancellation requests should be made to by email to accounts@savemydata.net or by mail to the address given in the contact details. For customers using Direct Debit, refunds will be credited to the bank account used for payment. For customers using WorldPay, refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order. |
